Are butcher products delivered fresh or frozen?

Our butcher products are delivered fresh within Istanbul via same-day delivery. For frozen products, shipping takes place two days later. During checkout, you can click the Cart icon on the top right of the page and add your request in the “Order Note” section below the selected item. For orders outside of Istanbul, products are shipped frozen within two days.

What should I do if I experience a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team. We will provide you with the best possible solution.

Yes, we are Halal certified. All our animals are slaughtered under veterinary supervision in accordance with Islamic principles.

Our main source of meat comes from cattle bred in Türkiye, primarily from carefully selected farms in Afyonkarahisar, known for raising the country’s finest livestock.
